Our New Graduate Program
During the first year you will rotate through different departments, (such as Legal, Bank Risk, Front Office and Client Obnoarding) which will allow you to understand the activities and challenges of a private bank, from a compliance point of view. In the last six months, you will remain in the compliance department to specialize your skills and put your knowledge into practize.
Some of your daily activities may include:
Control and check account opening packs, ensuring that all mandatory sections are completed and are in line with current CDB, Swiss Anti Money Laundering as well as FINMA regulations
KYC control, research and assessment of low, medium, high risk clients
Liaison and coordination with AML special desk
Regulatory Compliance Support
Support the Team Leader with analyses, legal advice and research
Review, draft and file of contracts, agreements and other documents (including corporate documents)
Deal with requests of governmental authorities and drafting the correspondence with FINMA whenever related to corporate matters
Draft client documents and internal policies
Involvement in legal and regulatory projects and administrative duties
Required education/ skills
University degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, Economic, Management, etc.
Fluency in Portuguese and English
Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Great attention to detail and good analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle deadlines

We are paying a competitive amount composed of a monthly salary as well as a housing and lunch allowance.
